Telling stories about food and cooking is important.
I will document most I consume and will try to describe the tastes through my taste buds . . .
As Thailand is my residing country, I will explore as many Asian dishes as I can here, and hopefully do some travel for the ones I can’t.
I will also focus on the people behind it. Whether it is a farmer on a field, a street vendor or a chef creating a masterpiece…
